that pizza is so delicious..

I'm a hugh fan of Jim Lahey's and what he's done for the home baker. The potato pizza is wonderful. I also highly recommend his cauliflower pizza which is superb ( really) ! I just had to own his book.

I never wanted to change my pizza dough recipe but finally got around to it at Roger's urging last week. No question about which dough to make today. I warmed the water a bit and the rise seemed to work better. Not that it made any difference in the exceedingly crispy (but not shatteringly crispy) crust last Saturday. Most important: as the dessert chef in the house, I finally started weighing my ingredients so I could cut this pizza dough recipe in half. What a revelation. I'm a convert (even though I bought Roger the scale...)
