This is a gorgeous loaf with interesting flavors. I'm with you on the lower baking temperature. The rye flavor might be accentuated by using a rye starter; I think I'll try that when I make this. Thanks, Sam.

This bread sounds delicious. Thanks for letting us know about it. I love sourdough baking so I'll need to try this one!
